Shipping Information

We understand how important it is for our customers to receive our products in a safe and timely manner. Our delivery team is trained and highly professional, they will make sure you receive your order in a perfect condition.

Deliveries are carried out 7 days a week. We may choose to exclude some bank holidays and public holidays from this schedule.

We provide free delivery service all over the UK except for a few locations. Our delivery time is very short compare to our competitors, we will deliver your order within 7-14 working days.

Exceptions to Free UK Delivery

Orders under £100 are not covered under free delivery and will have a delivery charge depends on product you buy.

Some Postcodes within the UK mainland will incur a surcharge. Please ensure you enter your correct delivery postcode during checkout. If there are any queries over your postcode location we will contact you on the telephone number  you provided in order to discuss this with you. If your postcode incurs a surcharge we will not dispatch goods until we have spoken with you and organised the additional payment.

Postcodes that will incur a surcharge at our discretion include: AB, DD, DG, EH, G, FK, IV, KA, KY, KW, LL, NR, PA, PH, DT, PL, EX, TR and TQ.

Surcharge Rate for these areas is £40.00 Charges at our discretion. Delivery times for these areas will add an extra 5 working days then advertised on product page. 

Damage in Transit….

If your bed set or mattress sustains any damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer’s defect you must inform our Expert team within 24 hours of receiving the goods by email: info@jmbeds.co.uk providing related pictures.

Missing Items…

If any items you have ordered are missing from your delivery, you must inform our expert team within 24 hours of receiving the goods by email: info@jmbeds.co.uk

We strongly Recommend…

Sometimes unforeseen situations arise with deliveries being delayed which are beyond our control. Therefore we strongly recommend that you do not dispose your old bed or mattress until you have received your new items and the new items have been checked for any damage.
