Cancellation prior to delivery:
If you want to cancel any order placed online, please let us know via email, given at contact us page. If you are sending us an email please send through your registered email ID when you placed and order. We’ll make sure to refund you within 14 days from letting us know. You’ll be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.
Damaged or Faulty goods:
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report this to us within 24hrs – 48hrs of receipt of the goods. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, we ask that you contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the best course of action. The delivery drivers documentation must be signed damaged even if the goods are accepted.
Any claim for damaged goods without the delivery drivers documentation signed damaged may jeopardise your right to cancel.
Change of Mind
If you want to request a refund within 14 days of your order then we will make the refund arrangements as well as will manage the collection of the items from your premises. The refund request should be made via email or in writing. We will refund the price of the Goods in full, including any delivery charges (if any applied). However, there will be a charge of £60 per item to cover the cost of delivery and collection, providing the item is in the original packaging.
If the item is not in the original packaging then an amount of 50% would be deducted from the refund (excluding delivery charges), you may be requested to return the items at your own cost using your own courier if the original packaging is not present.
You’ll be refunded on the card or payment method that you used to place your order.
